Orangeburg, SC—The SC State women's softball team will resume its Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) schedule this weekend (April 17-18) as they host the Spartans of Norfolk State. Saturday's double-header is set for a 1 p.m. first pitch while Sunday single game is set for a 12 noon start.
SC State (5-30, 1-5 MEAC) will be looking to end a two-game slide as they dropped a double-header to Savannah State in their last outing (April 15). Norfolk State enters the contest with a 9-20 overall record and 2-4 in the MEAC.
After Sunday's contest, the Lady Bulldog will host Presbyterian next Tuesday, Apr. 20 at 1 p.m. before traveling to Greenville, SC on Wednesday to take on Furman.
