The series between the two schools are tied 35-35, with South Carolina State winning the last outing 66-58 on Feb.12

Lesown Hallums (12.3 ppg), who is out due to an injury is set to return shortly along with DaJuan Bates (11.0 ppg).

The Eagles are led by All-MEAC performer Sam Sessions at 22.2 ppg, while teammate Nendah Tarke contributes 11.9. Tarke is also the leader at 5.9 rebounds.
