SERIES: This will be the 112th matchup between the former MEAC rivals. The Bulldogs have historically dominated the series, winning 70 of the previous games.
LAST TIMEOUT: South Carolina State is off to an 0-8 start coming off a tough 101-79 loss to Winthrop in their last outing.
Noah Treadwell led the way with a team-high 17 points, while
Owen Bronston, Jr. added 14 points in the loss.
Meanwhile, BC-U suffered a 44-point loss in an 100-56 defeat to #25 Indiana in their last outing. Jakobi Heady led the way with a team-high 15 points and eight (8) rebounds, while Daniel Rouzan added 10 points and four rebounds on the day.
