ORANGEBURG, S.C. — South Carolina State Women's Basketball will host its
Elite Camp on
Saturday, Aug. 8, from
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the
Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center, located at
300 College Ave. NE, Orangeburg, SC 29115.
Led by head coach
Cedric W. Baker, the one-day camp is designed to provide high school student-athletes with an opportunity to enhance their basketball skills through high-level instruction in a competitive environment.
"The ultimate camp experience, with elite service," Baker said.
The camp is open to girls
ages 14-18 or those entering the
ninth through 12th grades. The registration fee is
$75 per camper. Lunch will be provided.
Participants will receive instruction from the South Carolina State women's basketball coaching staff and will compete in drills and live competition aimed at improving individual fundamentals, basketball IQ and overall performance.
