ORANGEBURG, S.C. — South Carolina State softball and second-year head coach Nakeya L. Hall announced the Lady Bulldogs' 2026 fall schedule, featuring five competition dates at home in Orangeburg.

The fall slate begins Sunday, Sept. 20, when SC State hosts Voorhees at 1 p.m. The matchup is scheduled as a doubleheader and will give the Lady Bulldogs their first opportunity of the fall to compete against outside competition.

SC State returns to action Saturday, Sept. 26, hosting Coker at 1 p.m. in another scheduled doubleheader.

The Lady Bulldogs will host a three-team competition Saturday, Oct. 17, featuring Allen and USC Sumter. SC State opens the day against Allen at 11 a.m., followed by Allen taking on USC Sumter at 1 p.m. The Lady Bulldogs close out the day against USC Sumter at 3 p.m.

SC State will welcome former players back to Orangeburg for its annual Alumni Game on Friday, Oct. 23, at 3 p.m.

The Lady Bulldogs conclude their fall schedule Sunday, Nov. 1, against Benedict at 2 p.m. The contest is scheduled to be played as a 10-inning game.

Hall enters her second season leading the South Carolina State softball program and will use the fall schedule as an opportunity to continue the development of the Lady Bulldogs while evaluating the roster in preparation for the 2027 spring season.

Hall is assisted by Rikkelle Miller, while Kameron Fagon, Thomas Stanley and Skye Taylor serve as team managers.
