Volleyball Host Norfolk State Friday In MEAC Play

ORANGEBURG, SC—The South Carolina State volleyball team returns to action Friday (Oct. 10) in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play versus visiting Norfolk State inside Dukes Gym.

LAST TIMEOUT: The Lady Bulldogs (3-13 overall, 0-4 MEAC) look to bounce back after coming off back-to-back losses on the road versus Coppin State (0-3) and Morgan State (0-3) in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play in Baltimore, MD.
 
Meanwhile, the Spartans (1-16 overall, 0-4 MEAC) enters the contest after suffering a pair of league losses to UMES (3-2) and Delaware State (0-3) in their last outing.
 
NEXT UP: South Carolina State resume Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) play at home versus visiting Howard Sunday (Oct. 12) inside Dukes Gym. First serve is 1:00 PM.
 
 ABOUT SC STATE ATHLETICS
South Carolina State University is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I level intercollegiate athletic program. The university currently fields teams in 14 sports: women's volleyball, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's indoor track & field, softball, men's and women's outdoor track and field, women's soccer and football with all teams competing in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC), except for women's soccer.
