Outdoor Track & Field Teams Participate In Morehouse Multi

ATLANTA, GA—The South Carolina State men's and women's outdoor track & field teams will participate in the Morehouse Relays/Multi in Atlanta, GA Thursday (March.26)-Saturday (March. 28) at the Edwin C. Moses Track.

This will be the second of six (6) events Coach Cooper's team will compete in during the outdoor season. The teams kicked off the outdoor season on March.7th in Savannah, GA at the Savannah State Opener.

Other events to follow are the Embry-Riddle Classic Multi on April 2nd -4th in Daytona, Beach, FL, followed by the South Florida Invitational on April 10th-11th in Tampa, FL, then at home for the annual Sharona Coleman-Singleton

Classic inside the Lorry H. Dawkins Track in Orangeburg, SC on April 18th along with Charlotte Invite on April 24th in Charlotte, NC and rounding out East Coast Relays on May 1st -16th in Jacksonville, FL.

The 2026 MEAC Men's & Women's Outdoor Championships will be held May14th -16th in Norfolk, VA.

ABOUT SC STATE ATHLETICS 
South Carolina State University is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I level intercollegiate athletic program. The university currently fields teams in 14 sports: women's volleyball, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's indoor track & field, softball, men's and women's outdoor track and field, women's soccer and football with all teams competing in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC), except for women's soccer.
