ORANGEBURG, S.C. – The SC State women's soccer team posted a 3-2 win over North Greenville University on Monday afternoon in the final exhibition game of the preseason.
Senior midfielder
Dominique Brown led the offense with two goals and one assist. The Lady Bulldogs' other goal came from junior forward
Rhea-Anne Currie.
"The girls were a little tired today, but they pushed through it", head coach
Sandra Burris said. "Facing North Greenville was a great test to finish preseason."
SC State opens the regular season this Sunday against Alabama State at 1 p.m. at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium.
