ORANGEBURG, SC— South Carolina State signed its final four for the 2015 recruiting class, to bring the total to twenty-nine (29) on the day. Two linemen, a specialist and a quarterback closed out the signing day with National Letters of Intent to play for the Bulldogs this upcoming season.
