Hampton's Michael Young received his second straight Offensive Lineman of the Week honor and
quarterback David Watford was selected as Offensive Player of the Week.
Savannah State's Juwuan Tolbert was selected as the Special Teams Player of the Week respectively.
Leonard (LB, 6-2, 200, r-So., Lake View, S.C.) posted a career-high 16 solo tackles in the Bulldogs win over Florida A&M. He registered 3.0 tackles for a loss of eight yards and one sack to aid.
York (QB, 6-1, 210, Fr., Charlotte, N.C.) led the Bulldogs to their first conference win of the season with a 36-0 victory over Florida A&M. The freshman passed for 230 yards, connecting on 18-of-37 attempts, with two touchdowns. He accounted for 248 total offensive yards, including 18 on the ground.
Other Top Performances Jalen Simmons (SCSU) recorded 15 carries for 168 yards in a win over Florida A&M.
