ORANGEBURG, SC – South Carolina State will  welcome five new members into its Athletic Hall of Fame during the 2018 football season.
 
The 2018 class includes Alphonso D. Golden (Track and Field, 1977-1980), Ricky Hill (Football/Track, 1988-1992), James M. Ragland (Wrestling, Football and Track, 1980-1983) Coach Oree Banks (Head Football Coach, 1965-72) and,  Dr. Eddie Elaine Glenn (Student-Athletic Trainer/Cheerleader, 1974-1978)
